Photograph from the weekends shooting the squirrels.
There are two white squirrels, one is called Chalky and this is Snowdrop.
Snowdrop is a sweet little fellow who comes in very close to get the nuts. He's smaller than the other white squirrel and is always being chased off by the bigger grey squirrels. Luckily he's quite a clever little chap and worked out methods of getting passed the greys. The other day it was like watching a rugby game as he dogged ad weaved his way through 20 odd greys to get to me to claim his prize of a nut, then he ran off as fast as he could as if he had the ball being hotly pursued by the greys. He's very fast and for a squirrel, especially a white one, his eye sight seems very good. |

| The pictures below show Snowdrop coming in at full speed to collect a nut he's spotted on the ground and charge off again. Luckily my new camera is capable of 9fps burst firing or I wouldn't have captured this sequence of shots. |
